Default When to use High/ Low gear SP500 H.O

I keep having issues with this.
My friend keeps telling me to ride in High gear. When should i be using low gear then?

you should use low if pulling, plowingand they say under 15mph tight trails will make the belt last longer

I stay in LOW when ever riding under 20mph on any type of trial, mudding, rock climbing. I use high for speeds above 20mph when there will be few stops.

Same here, that way the belt is engaged rather than slipping and the machine is much more responsive. I think many people are afraid of over revving the motor in low and they shouldn't be unless you are riding fast and hard at an average of over 20 mph with few to no complete stops.
