Hey,

Anyone know of a place that would offer tire chains for 27" tires? I've checked most of the usual places and it seems that 25"s is the max available. I don't need them right away, but they'd sure make pulling the ole' ice shanty easier.

I've never actually bought tire chains made to fit my ATV tires but I've taken bolt cutters to my old truck tire chains and cut them to size. Just don't cut them to small, hard to stretch them back out!

Those do look like the chain to get [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] but are a little to expensive for the little bit of ice fishin i plan on doing. mshooter's idea of finding an old set of truck or tractor chains is looking pretty good.
