I have a 2000 Praire 2WD. It is simply a fine machine. I'm very pleased with it *but* I need 4wd and have gotten stuck a couple of times. Does anyone know what it would take to convert it to 4wd? I've started collecting parts to do the converstion. Anyone know where I might find repair manuals that can show exploded views of the assembly.

Very, very expensive. Its much cheaper to sell your machine and buy a 4x4, even if you do all of the assembly yourself. The parts would probably run you well over 1500 unless you can find a perfect donor machine in the junkyard.

 

its easy..take it to the dealer and asked for a "trade in"

 

That would take alot of time, alot of work, and alot of money. I think it would be cheaper and better to trade it in and spend a few extra bucks.
