Dinli Diamondback 90cc
#1
I have a 2003 Dinli Diamondback. The throttle is stuck. Does anyone have any suggestions where the problem may lie? What is the best way to soup up the engine to gain more all around power and speed?

Disassmble the thumb control assembly on the handle bars. Then disconnect the other end of the cable from the carb. Work the cable back / forth to determine if a stuck throttle cable or something stuck in the carb. Or, something stuck in the thumb control assembly.
If a stuck cable.... Some people re-lube their throttle cable with WD-40 or lock deicer / gasline antifreeze. Others immediately throw their stuck cable into the garbage and purchase a new one. For your struck throttle cable, do you feel its stuck from "too cold", sand / crud or just "worn out"?? Your call if you want to re-lube and give it another try...
Hope this helps...

The cable has a splitter about 1 1/2 foot down the cable from the thumb. That is most likely where your problem lies. I would replace it with a single cable from WRH Racing. Also ask about mod when you have him on the phone.
