Hey Guys,
I m thinking of selling my sport 400 and getting a Sportman 600-700. What do you think i could get for it? Its stock except the oil injector block off. I have new tires all the way around, and bark buster guards. the plastic is in good shape not perfect ( i use this quad) and it is well maintained. It has a new silent chain and new belt.

I would try to trade it in on the sportsman, you might get a better trade in on it. I bought a 99 Scrambler 4x4 with less the 50 hours on it for $1,800.00...and got the helmet with it. Ran great and look good also. I would see what it books for, then see what Polaris will give you for trade in.

 

I am sure the dealer would give you some good $$ for trade.


If not, there may be people here interested in it.... wink wink (clears throat)

 

I was just looking up the value of my 1999 Sport 400 on Kelley Blue Book .com (www.KBB.com) last weekend.In good shape they were listing them for a little over $3000 in my zip code.Check out that site, it should give you a good idea what to ask for it if you decide to sell it.

If it were me I would keep it.So far I've sold 2 cars and a motorcycle since I've been driving and I regret selling one of the cars and the motorcycle.I guess that's why now I have a garage and driveway full of cars and ATV's.The life of a 31 year old bachlor!!!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

I would keep it, i love my Scr 400 and will never sell it even if i get a Predator.
If you must You should be able to get around $2,500-3k for it, probably less from a dealer.
