I had the same problem with my daughters 50 viper. I used a small drill bit and some small zip ties. You can go under the fender so you can't see the zip ties. It holds good. If you push the fender up tight you can drill through both pieces.

Are you happy with your E-ton? I'm looking to buy a 80/90 real soon. Question I have for you is this: In Idaho, we do a lot of trail riding which contains a lot of travel over rocks and can be bumpy, even on my Sportsman. How does the Eton do on the rocks? Can is crawl over them and go easy on them, or do you have to rev up the rpm's to get it over them? I'm kind of leaning towards a 4 stroke for that issue alone. Your knowledge would be helpful. Thanks.

We do a lot of trail riding and riding in wide open fields. My daughters e-ton does great, it keeps up fine. It also does good in mud, my daughter says it throws mud great.

Has is been a durable quad? Any problems? Can it crawl over rocks, or does it have to reved to get over the rocks?

Yeah, yeah. Drill + zip ties is the way. I've done that on my Raptor's rear fender brackets and it holds well...

It has been a durable quad no problems at all. It starts right up every time. We don't really have a lot of rocks in our area. Just Yesterday a 5 inch tree had fallen over a trail we were riding on, and she went over it just fine. She did have to get the rpms up but not very high. I like it because her feet are pretty well protected. Also parts and acc. are available locally in my area. When I bought it they had a 50 and a 90, the guy wouldn't sell me the 90 because my daughter was with me and she is only 7. The sticker on the 90 says 12 ond older. I guess if she wouldn't have been with me i could have got the 90. But its probably for the best. She has a blast on it.
