I got a moose carb rebuild kit for my 185s and the main jet is a 105 instead of a 95 dont have a problem using that but the pilot jet is the same except i think i is a little big for the hole and the new one has threads on it also have any of you ran in to this pleas help. Thanx

 

I would guess that your kit is for the 81-83 atc 200 and not the 185 or 185s, since you got a 105 instead of a 95 in your kit.

The pilot(slow) jet is Pressed in on the carbs for the 185, (and the 200 is screw in I think)

I had bought some Moose kits in the past and found them to be JUNK. My opinion.
