I just got a banshee i was just wondering the hp and top speed and my friend wants to know the tap speed on his trailblazer... i was also wondering about crosscounry racing around cincinnati

 

Hey,I'm a banshee owner also.My wife rides a 500 scrambler.Her's has a k&n filter and a AAEN silencer.Have not had a chance to try it out yet.The Banshee is modified alot more(money pit).Back to your question.I think the Banshee makes between 30 to 40hp.For the 250 go to aaen racing.com or aaen performance.com(can't remember which it is) I think their web site tells it's hp.Not sure of the top speed.For the Banshee,if I had a dime for every Banshee story I've heard that would do a 100mph I could quit my job.Don't believe them.My Banshee is ported w/alcohol,and it would probably not reach a 100mph.In a drag race you'll smoke the 250.Unless you can ride really good,he'll tough to beat in a tight course where you can't get up in the gears and you're always shifting.Both bikes are fun to ride though.

 

i dont know about the banshee,but if your talking about the 250 trailblazer then the stock hp is 22,with aaen's stage v kit they are claiming 42hp.

 

Your right.22hp. is what AAEN said it makes.To the person with the Banshee,let me know before you start modifing it if your going to.I tried several different products on my Banshee.Some of the money was well spent,but some of the products was a waste of money.I've tried several different pipes.Really like my RDZ pipes.The Toomey T-5(one of the ones I've tried) is a good pipe,but I DID NOT like the Toomey T-6 I tried(they did not have any top end).Let me know.
