I have an 03 Z400 with 22" rear tires, will putting a 13 tooth front sprocket on get faster out of the hole? Back sprocket is stock, 40 I think... will this screw up my gearing? can I keep the same chain and just tighten up after? thanx in advance riders!

 

smaller sproket in front equals more bottom less top ,bigger in rear equals more bottom less top

 

yes a 13 tooth will help and yes you can keep the same chain
