My 2000 Blaster's back brakes are frozen. How do I fix this problem? Thanks

either lube the cable and/or take apart and clean out the ratchet assembly,(make sure parking brake is off)

oh ya and make sure there is no grit on the brake pads and no grooves on the disc and that its not warped, there is not many options with such a simple brake mechanism just eliminate them 1 by 1
