Why does my rear always move to the r/h side
#1
Hi guys,
I own two ATVīs, a 660 Grizz and a Xplorer 500 4x4. Now we have nice snow here in germany and I love to let the rear wheels spin on the snowy ways. For those snow rides I use mostly my good old polaris , because of the wider track width and wider rear wheels 25x12x10 Cheng Shin 828. I notes when I let my rear wheel spin , the rear of my machine always try to move sloly to the r/h side.
It makes it in the 4WD and in the 2WD mode.
I cecked my wheel alignment and my break system. Every think looks fine.
Anny idea why it makes it, or is that normal.

Yesss..... , it was the air pressure!!!!
The last time when I filled my tyres with some air , I used the pressure guage from the gas station.
But those guages must be not verry exact in the low pressure range.
Now at home I used a guage for the low pressure tyers. And I found a big different from l/h to the r/h rear tyre.
A quick check on a snowy track..... and my rear slides now nice to the left and right side.
