2002 Polaris Scrambler 500 foot brake
#1
Just replaced all my brake pads. All of the brakes work when hitting the hand brake as they should. I have no pressure in my foot brake peddle and did not have any before. I squeezed the hand brake and pumped the foot brake in attempt to bleed and it would not tighten up. Any suggestions on this issue. All of my resevors are full, just not getting any pressure on the foot brake.

a bolt in front of your back, tire conected to your rear brake lever, that is your adjustment for your rear brakes #1 as seen here http://216.37.204.202/polaris_oem/Po...&B=33&Action=O

If you get it to work it will stop again after one ride. I have tried everything. If you bleed it and get it to work real good than next time you ride it wont work anymore. It seems to be a design flaw with most of polaris 4x4 quads. Everyone I know that rides a scambler says the foot break has never worked.

I have bled mine 3 to 4 times a year to keep it working at all, but just one time so far this year, I have
no idea why. but it is working!!,same with my 02tb, so maybe try more bleeding, good luck with it!
