Default 84 250r crank

My 84 250r needs a new crank, or just the ignition side. I am doing a new top end rebuild, and found the crank worn out, where would be the best place to look?

You were doing a top end job and noticed that the shaft was bad, the rod was bad, or the rod bearings were bad?

My crank bearing was bad so I went ahead and got the Hot Rods installed on it.

I just got the trike and it started to smoke and knock. So I tore I down as planned when I got it, the top end wasn,t as bad as I thought it would be. Upon further tear down I noticed that someone rigged the crank nut to stay on (just barley) took the rest of it apart and the crank is just flat out worn out- seal area, bearing surface, thread,s for nut, rod spacers.

You're going to have to find a used one on ebay. 81-84 will definitely work.
