bugs in my kmz 150

my front rack doesn't look like it's going to bolt up. two of the supports on it don't seem to have a place to go for bolting up. I'm not sure whats not right. I gotta look at it some more. the rear rack bolted up a little crooked. It looks to me like the fabricating welding is not precise. I don't see a way i can plug in the brake light....the wire doesn't reach anything...I bolted on the front push bar. One of the bolt holes is not centered in the tube so the bolt is bottoming out before getting tight against the metal...hence i listened to it vibrate while riding today until i wrapped some electrical tape around it to get rid of the noise. I will have to put a shorter bolt in that hole. I further investigated the noise i am hearing from the engine. It seems that it might be intermittent valve noise when the engine is cold. It happens when it's sitting there warming up. I found a new problem today after riding for awhile. One of the top ball joint stems is loose. I can move the top of the wheel in and out and it makes a clunking noise. After further investigating it. I see the stem moving. I'm not sure if i should tighten the bolt that clamps it into the spindle bracket. The metal is very thick and i don't know if it will close tighter on it without something going wrong. I rode around a bunch, climbed a couple of hills, wasn't a bad day. Changing from forward to reverse requires giving the machine a little nudge by thrusting your weight forward or back a little while seated to get it to drop in to gear....no biggee... Anyone have anything to offer?
ok I found some pics on the net so i know my front rack bolts to the top of the shocks bolts. i didn't get anything with the quad that told me about that. now i gotta figure what to do about the ball joint stem and the brake light....i may just take the brake light off

Thanks John. I got it worked out. I am enjoying the kmz 150. It's running well. It fires right up. The chain adjustment was good from the factory. I fixed the balljoint problem. All i had to do is tighten the bolt in the spindle to increase the clamping pressure around the balljoint stem. I did notice however that there are c-clips on the bottom ball joints stems...while the tops appear to have a groove for c-clip but the c-clips are not there. I will have to address that. The tail light wiring didn't work out...too short...maybe a wire extension piece missing...not sure. The tail light was rubbing in the metal shipping crate therefore the lense is scratched in a couple of spots...(not a major big deal).
The machine suits me well. I am 5'8" and 150 pounds. I would possibly recommend more power for larger adults. Bigger people would likely prefer a little more machine. I can cruise around no problem through some rough terrain. I climbed a steep hill (about 60 degree incline) around 10 feet high....just a little momentum and made it up and over no problem....I am having fun with it.
