I was wondering how many miles can you get on a rubicon?

 

Do you mean on one tank of gas? Over the life of a Rubi?

 

Over the life of the rubicon.

 

There are several people on this forum that have 2001 Rubicons with over 4,000 miles. I have a 2004 with 1,300 miles. Still would not want any other quad.

 

Come back and ask that same question in about 5 years, maybe someone will have worn one out by then.

I should be able to remeber his name (but I am getting old), but one guy had around 10,000 miles on his 01 before having major problems.

 

Mine turned over to 5,901 today!

 

One of the guys here is at 7K and don't hold back from nothig but showing off in mudholes. It is a good quad with a skilled and sensible rider. Seems like bearings go out @ 2k - 3K. Brakes last forever with cleaning. Hodamatic system will throw fits to **** you off but will generally get you home. It's just a big tough earthmachine, A brute with power to do the job.
