I know that cant be true unless they use the H1 engine since suzuki makes every other atv engine except for the V2 which is kawis. Otherwise they have to build a new sport bike engine from scratch, no motorcycle to go from nothing. Sounds like an engineering and buisinsess disaster.

Yeah, but an H1 with a different head with dual carbs and dual exhaust in a sport quad would wind your clock right now.

You honestly think that the H1 was the only motor ArcticCat has been working on. They've also been working on a 500cc DOHC motor for some time. Remember a while back there were a few articles in the mags about ArcticCat having developed EFI for ATVs? What do you think ever happened to that? I'm looking for a 500cc EFI Predator-Type machine from ArcticCat, maybe even as early as this summer. Also don't be surprised to see a EFI 650 H1 added to the line-up sometime in the future.

They have also approached KTM to get their 525cc motor. Polaris approached them as well.

I think KTM declined because they are thinking of making quads for the US.

2007 KTM will be importing Quads into the country. WHen That happens, I will be the first in line. I already own 3 KTM's that I ride all the time.

Chop.
