Default Rancher 350 vs. AT Power & Speed?

I know neither of these ATV's is a speed demon, but considering both bikes have been broken in good and have a few hundred mile on them, could anyone tell me which is faster on take off...a Rancher 350 4x4 Manual Shift with Warn 424 kit in 2wd drive or a Rancher AT in 2wd...Auto or ESP mode?

Also, is there in point in the powerband where the 350 would over take the AT if you pushed the throttl
e wide open from a dead stop?

Thanks!

My 350 and my other buddy's stock 350 (with 424) takes the Rancher 400 AT at take off but he catches up quickly and wins on top end.

I do not know about the 350 4x4 manual tranny but I can tell you that the esp 4x4 is faster off the line than the at auto 4x2. After about 15 yards the AT catches up and passes the 350. The 350 4x4 has a lot of torque...moreso than the AT.
