well,i downloaded and installed zone lab's free zonealarm firewall... well this comp use to always get messed up bad by spyware.. the windows firewall was a joke... well overnight, it blocked over 500 attempts of intrusion... this and AVG...this comps runnin much better now

 

I've been running Zonealarm for almost 4 years now, best consumer firewall I've come acrossed.
