i was just wondering how fast a 250 R will go and will it match up with a 300ex or an ltz 400?

 

300EX isn't even in the same class

Z400 .. if both are stock, the Z might win, but I believe ( just opionions as I have no real experience with either bike) the 250R has better handling characteristics. If the 250R is modded, then it will really wake up.

Yep, you can almost get into the same money league as a Banshee when it comes to the R. My wife tries to break the bank all the time.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

With rather tall gearing - I've had mine up to 78 mph on the street.

I have beaten the z400 in drag races.
But then again - I have been beaten by them too

I think it has about $4000 in it total - from when it was purchased in december 84'.

There was that accident back in 87'...
