i believe i am having a fuel locking problem when the engine gets hot it is not getting fuel it has a new clear fuel filter on it right now and when you blow into the gas tank vent tube fuel goes back in the fuel filter. i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or knows about it.

 

I've not heard of that one before... next time it happens try loosening the gas cap and see if the filter gets fuel. It may be that the fuel cap is not allowing air in to replace the fuel you're burning.

 

You could be low on fuel, put it on reserve and see if it works better. It could also be a plugged carb vent, check for mud and crap blocking it.
