I have a 95 warrior with K&N filters and my friend has a polaris trail sport and he thinks he will take me in a drag race, I tried explaining that my quad will waste him.
I hope that some of u out there have done this if so please reply to this to prove him wrong.

Why not just race him?

 

The only way he'll beat you is if you weigh 400lbs and drive like my grandma.

 

I have a warrior 96 stock and my father have a Polaris Trail Blazer 2000 stock and my warrior is very more fastly then the Trail Blazer in drag race, for the top speed, I ride in 6th speed at idel speed and he is at the and of his polaris.

I can't race him because he sold it and always brings up the message of "hey my old polaris had way more power than that there yamaha" but then again he is sorda thick headed so it doesn't matter.

oh and I don't weigh 400lbs so I will beat him easy (I weigh 215)

bubbagodkin, Your warrior might and I say might loose the hole shot if the t-blazer pre-loads his belt. As far as losing a drag race to it I be really suprised to see you loose the race if both machines were stock.Sorry to say though if your stock your all mine though! Mine ain't exactly stock!

Just tell him a your getting a Raptor, and let him know it will beat him when it shifts into third if hes topped out.
