Hey guys, I posted about him wanting a pipe last night.....well we went and done some riding today. We was about 15 mins into the ride, and I was in the back of the pack...and I saw what it looked like him locking the brakes up. I turned around and it was not running... I asked him what happend! He said it just quit.....well we tried to start it, and it would not turn over, so we tried to pull start it....and it was locked up tight. We really don't know what happend.....I was thinking maybe the oil pump went out. He just got it 2 weeks ago. I don't know what the dealer is going to say about it. What do you guys think.....maybe the oil pump? Has anyone else had a problem like this?

 

Did he have oil and water ... could have over heated?

 

We did not check the water.....but they was no water in the oil. I pulled him to my house on the Pred and tried to start it back up and still nothing. I was able it pull the rope out about 6 inches, and it had oil on it. When it comes to luck he has none. I feel bad for him.....maybe the dealer will take care of him.

 

sounds like possible a broke piston laying in the bottom of the case

 

He found out the clutch belt broke, and rapped around the clutch. This was the problem!

 

I bet he's happy it wasn't the motor. How many miles does he have on it?
