Hey, I just got some new plastic for my 98 500 and the pod I have has a larger diameter hole for the speedo. I am trying to think of a plastic washer or something. I dont want to by another one. Any ideas? I checked ebay, but nothing. Do any of you have an early olive green pod? I looked for a large washer but a 3" ID is kinda large....

 

Just a thought but if your old head light pod is bad you could cut around your old pod hole and fit it in your new one.

 

i converted from red to green, and it would look alittle funny. I even went and bought some of that fusion plastic paint today, but the color was way off

 

what did you do with your plastic you had on it? will it fit a 99 sportsman 500? if so i might be interested in it...PM me if you like
