That bits to hear about you quad. I will keep an eye out for it when I ride. Heard that most quads that are stolen, are taken by someone who lives in your area. So keep your eyes open around your neighborhood.

I don't know if it would make it as far up as East Texas but I'll keep an out out for it. We go down to alto sometimes so I'll watch around that area too.

Do you want the theif brought to you dead or alive? If you want him alive can we have some fun with him first? Does he have to have all his body parts? Can he be damaged just a little bit?

 

Well the reason i say TX is because it was sold on ebay to guy that lives in TX and he paied for it through mail he said his buddy that lives in New Orleans would be picking it up and he did but then he claims he never and i had to return the money!!! and my X is gone!

 

Wow, sold on ebay!!!! Did you try to contact ebay about the sell!! To find out who sold it and who bought it????

 

Hey dark man...long time no chat hate to hear about this. on ebay never ship till u have $$ in your hand. did u contact ebay? I had issues with a guy over not shipping a pipe I bought. I contacted ebay they gave me his phone number and I contacted them....needless to say I got it very quick. they can also notify authorities about this. I really hate to say it but I think you got scammed. good luck with this hope it works out

 

Heres all of what happend..... It was on ebay and about 3 times someone won the auction and never came through with payment finaly some one else won my 250x so this guy from TX sends me a cashiers check for the amount sold. Well he said that his buddy lives in New Orleans and he will be picking it up and he will arrange pickup time later that week. Well 2-3 days later i get a knock on my door saying hey Im here for Mr.***** ******* and Im here to pick up the 4 wheeler and he gave me his home phone number that he knew by heart well I being 15 years of age thought nothing of it and loaded it in the back of his truck well i called Mr.***** ******* back and told him his friend picked it up and its on the way (STUPIDLY I FORGOT A BILL OF SALE) but he said his friend never came. I talked to my dads Lawyer and he said we can fight it but it would cost more money than the amount sold so i had to give back the money and some jerk off has my quad and I had an eye witness that seen the transaction but my lawyer said eyewitness or not and bill of sale or not if the bill of sale was not noterized by some one of law that aint nothing so basicly i got Fu*ked!!!!! and IM PISSED!!! but imma have a new quad as soon as i get my truck so any where from 3-5 months i have the money for my truck and a good downpayment on a quad but i have no transportaion to the spillway now anyways my dads toyota BLEW UP lol
