I have a 2000 a/c 500 what size tires would i be able to put on it? I was thinking of going with either mudlites or mud bugs (27x12x12 and on the front 27x10x12) thanks for the input

i would go with 26 inch tires on a 500 that extra half of inch of ground clearence is nothing compared to the power you will loose when you get in the deep stuff. and the gas mileage. is it an automatic or a manual?

It will pull the larger tires better than the auto will. I had 27's on my 99 model. You could notice that it took a little away from the power, but I had no problems with it at all. The 500's these days have more power than my 99 model did as well.
