You're not going to able to download a service manual free, only a parts manual at Polaris. Go to the bottom of the page to manuals and brochures. Ebay is your best bet for a cheap service manual. It's worth the investment, especially if you're going to doing all the future work on it yourself.

 

I have looked at ebay but never seen a 2004 manual. Would say 2002 or 03 be the same?
