I just recived my carb back from being moded,, the problem is that it will idel fine and if I just let out the clutch out and give it no gas it will move away fine give it a little gas. and it wants to bog down or even shut off at 1/4 thottle????????? if I pull clutch in and rev it up alot I can bearly pull away, once I get going It gose fine,, just sucks at low thottle ,, Im running a twin air filter, and was wondering if mabe my pilot jet is to small, Im running a 170 main, 45 piolt, and 3.5 turns out on the air fule screw, or can I turn the air fule screw one way or other to make piolt better,, and whitch way??????????????/ thanks?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/img]

 

goin out on a limb here. The cap that holds the needle down on mine came loose multiple times till I changed the o-ring. sounds to me like your needle is out of place? Just a suggestion. Easy to pull the top cap off of it and check anyway.
