According to their website, they list the quad as a 2001 model. Does this mean it's out?

Thinking abourt buying a new sport quad, maybe a 400 ex, warrior or a Mojave. Anyone know an estimated price for that new Cannondale quad?

A few months ago there was some press about a new Cannondale sports quad, now you don't here anything about it. Perhaps the engineers @ Cannondale were embarrassed when the Raptor came out & they knew there machine couldn't compete with it! Food for thought

Don't think so. The cannondale is a much more advanced design than the raptor. Aluminum frame, fuel injection, seperate oil for engine and trans, cassette type trans gearing, Fuel mixture in front-exhaust out the back, and more that the Raptor doesn't have. I believe it has more power per CC and and overall lighter weight. It should handle better than any quad to date. But who knows it may turn out to be a joke. I don't think so but time will tell. They made an anouncement that it should be available in march i think.
