Default 250 frame

looking for a honda 250 quad frame in good shape. don't care about looks, just has to be straight and never broke or bent. thanks!!! (sorry, can't post in classifieds!!!)

R preferably, but wouldn't the x and ex be almost the same thing?

No....nothing even close. The EX and Recon are close....but the R, X, and FourTrax are worlds apart.

Sounds like you are looking for a rolling chassis instead of just a frame alone.

Tell us what engine you are planning to use and maybe we can give you a few opinions on what chassiss would be better suited for the engine and type of riding you plan to do.

well, first off i don't have really a clue about honda's nor four wheeler's really. i'm a part time snowmobile mechanic so thats my specialty. the motor i would like to put into it is whichever one is the most powerful and lasts the longest. i heard the 250r's are the ones i want and then i was gonna throw a bigger bore at it and all that other stuff (pipes, reeds, clutch, jet, k&n, etc) the type of riding is going to be pretty aggressive riding. little bit of mud, quite a bit of jumps, tearin up trails, but nothing like constant pounding of a mx race. i apreciate all your help!!!!

Since you are obviously a two stroke guy,...that leaves nothing but the 250R.......and it will do everything on your list very well.
