Hey all. I was recently out riding my rappy, but i notice that i have to keep the idle up a lil high, and that somtetimes it would die when i got off from WOT, like the engine would bogg low then come back to idle, so im thinking its the Piolit Screew. 1st off, do i have to adjust both equally? 2ed, Can i do this with the carbs on the quad or do i have to dissassmble the quad? Also, how often do you need to do the Valve Adjustment, this hasnt been done since new..... according to original owner.. one more thing, I notice my two front wheels squeek alot when they get sandy and stuff, but when i spray them with WD40 it goes away, then comes back when it gets dirty again... anyone else get this? well when we piped ours and did all of that stuff everything said not to change the pilot jet, but we ended up having to change the pilot jet to get it to run the best! and you have to pull the carbs or at least to where you can twist them!

 

oh, im sory, i forgot to mention i have 25 Piolits on 3.5 Turns out on each carb. im thinking maybee their a little to rich, im going to try to go to 2.5 turns out

 

i think that my pilots are 27.5 and 3 turns out on the screw
