Default hard starting yamoto 50

We just bought the new 2005 yamoto 50 and when its cold it takes along time to start. Is this normal, is there a trick to get them to start faster, is there an adjustment on the carb? Help with matter would be great. Once it is warm it starts right up.

Thanks for all the help. I was thinking the same thing that it was the remote kill. I also notice that the cover for the rear brake will start to rattle loose is there a better way to secure then just the little dimples in the cover.
