Need some info on 250R settings!

Does anyone who races XC know where to set front radius rods (the book say 1/8" toe in) what about for race, shouldn't this be 1/8" toe out?
I am running stock 88' 250R on Klotz benol, what is the correct ratio (I know stock says 20:1, but this is way too much oil)?
