I was talking to someone today about the 800 we are getting and she started bad mouthing it because she said there were recalls out on them already. I didn't think there were any out, but I couldn't talk since she works at a powersports dealer.

FYI... even if there are recalls we are still getting the 800

 

She must have been confused with the king quad. I have the 800 after weeks of deliberation between the two. In the end the reverse issue scared me away from the king. I am so happy with my 800. Get one and you will love it.

 

She was talking about the polaris. I am aware of the problems with the 05's but I didn't think there were any recalls yet. thanks for ur response.

 

It depends on your S/N and no, I didn't see anything on the 800 only 2004.5 / 2005 sportsman 500,600 and 700 and 500 scrambler. I think it has to do with the voltage regulator
