Default 89 warrior

i was wondering if there was any changes in the warrior between 89 and like 2004 besides color and the head lights.

so they are heavier than the newer ones
and is this going to affect the jumping of the quad

also are the parts interchangable between the 89 and the newer ones. and do the 89s have a pull start

Default anyone who knows about warriors please help

whatta minuite how different are the headlights? i might be getting a warrior myself. BTW on your warriors where does it start moving when you let out the clutch? the plastics are red and white. what year?

red and white are normally 98, but i guess it could be different. The older warriors had little rectangular lights locate at the bumper area where the newer ones have round lights up top near the bars more. As for the clutch, where it lets out is wherever you adjust it for. You can make it let out early or late, its all about adjustment

well this thing engages when you have the clutch nearly all the way out. does this mean the clutch might go out on it soon?

that all depends if the clutch is fully disengaging. Normally if the clutch lets all the way out your not fully disengaging it which will cause it to slip hence wearing out the plates and everything a lot quicker. But like I said if the clutch fully disengages it is doing its job and should cause no harm
