I have been told to call the cops or sheriff's and tell them that you are thinking of buying this quad and just want to make sure that it is not stolen and have them run the #'s to make sure. But if they dont help you I would call some other town around you and do the same thing.

why do you want to run a bunch of Vins? don't you know the Vin of your ATV?
(seems strange that you want to run other's vin#s. of what value is it to you?)

i wouldn't want you to be able t run my vin and find-out all my personal info like who i am and where i live. maybe you want to steal my ATV?

think about it guys!

I have heard of cases where a person gets a vin from a car, goes to that dealer and gives the parts guy the #. And they give you a replacement key, no questions asked. I think they have gotten a little smarter now.

If someone wants to steal mine, I say let them try. Private property is a beautiful thing, when you are protected by Smith and Wesson.

ok. for one ******* thing... im not a ******* thief. and it really pisses me off when some ******* (edited) doesnt have enough respect for anybody not to steal their ****. if you want something that ******* bad get a ******* job and buy it. i work for everything i have and will ever have and i dont need to steal anything from anybody. and its really pitiful when you have to do your own investigating when your quad gets stolen because the ******* pigs cant get off their no good lazy dougnut eating ***** long enough to help somebody. and if i wanted to steal a quad i wouldnt be going through the ******** of getting VINs and looking them up. and i could give 2 ***** less about ANYBODYS personal info. i was under the impression that i'd get help on this forum instead of getting smart *** comments by ***holes. i realize you arent all like that. but "mtpockets" go **** yourself.
