whats the difference between honda250r frame and 400ex frame
i would prefer the r frame like the 85 or 86 kind i really like them there longer than the 400ex the 400ex is short compared to the r frame if you can find one i would get it and put a really fast motor in the thing.

One main difference is the height between the frame rails. The 4 strokes are taller than the R motor.
I'd say they both were equall on strength as both need supports added.
