I'm running an AC650 v twin with 28" mudzillas and a high lifter clutch kit. With my factor clutch kit I got about 500 miles out of the belt. Highlifter sold me a dayco belt - that made 50 miles, with there clutch kit. Has anybody been running big tires and having good belt life. If so what kind of clutch kit are you running and what type of belt?

 

The Dayco belt is junk, you could try a Dalton kit. but do not put in the regular 650 oversized tires kit, get the extreme kit with springs and weights.
The 06 650 has 4.0 diffs (lower ratio) which will be much eisier on belts, but bigger tires = more trouble.
