Does anyone make a 22" tall tire to fit a 12" rim? I mean ANYONE? Due to the low ouput of our vehicle, keeping rotating mass down is very serious concern. Any leads? Thanks

Nope not that I've seen...smallest tire I've seen that will fit a 12 inch rim is 23 inches tall
