OK GUYS..... my blaster is running too hott i think....given its not luiquid cooled i dont expect it to run like its gas is ice......but i am already running premix.......k&n with no lid and a drilled airbox......it does not seem to help. any suggestions?

 

then ur running too lean, put a fatter size main jet on. you may have to go one or 2 sizes up depending on how hot it runs. and change ur oil too, when air cooled engines overheat, the oil gets very thin and useless.

 

I agree, sounds like you are to lean..... As for changing the oil???? The oil in the crank case of a 2 stroke is for the transmission only..... I should not have got very hot........

 

Your jetting is off. Rich it up a notch [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
