Congrats on the new purchase. You will enjoy the truck. The GM half ton trucks are VERY plush, almost like Cadillacs. Not a better driving half ton on the road today. (before everyone chimes in, I make my living working on all three brands EVERY day of my life right after they come off the show room floor. I have no reason to be biased to any of them)

There's a ton of accessories you can start adding right away. I should know, that's what I do for a living.

As for the price, I think you may have been able to do a little better than that IMO. I'm seeing prices 2-3k cheaper come from my local dealers on the same truck.

Good luck,

Buck
