I got an 04 GM sierra last year and its been pretty good to me, yours sounds alot more loaded than mine, but I like em plain. I think you will be surprised at the power it delivers, I've had a lot of fords, and I still love them better, but the GMC def. puts out some serious HP right out of the box. Good purchase man, they drive better than some cars, mine is soooo plush even at like 80mph, you don't feel like your driving a truck at all. cool, get some pics up when you get it, mine is charcoal grey as well, []0eace

thanks, it seems to be mostly older vehicles, still informative. So you like your gm? I never been committed to any brand of trucks, i more or less went with gmc this time because of the discount and i dont like the chevy front end at all. Do you have any dislikes about your truck? Im looking to help out the gas mileage a little bit, k&n, and exhaust are the only things i have come up with so far, and i want to get the leveling kit for the front.

Good choice on the ride. 2phast4u is on the money about Dodge. I'm a Toyota guy myself. I've owned them, I own one now, I will continue to buy new ones when they come out with the next best thing. Hope the deal works out in your favor. I've been seeing commercials about that employee discout deal..sounds like a good time to buy.

There's someone on here that has a signature that goes like so:

"I'd rather have a sister in a ***** house than a brother in a dodge".

Not saying I agree, just appropriate

Foolish mortals, the new Dodge trannies are better than ever. Don't use that as a means to knock the trucks. Btw, I think that is a good deal on that truck. Around here GM dealers seem to be real proud of there trucks, and I was able to buy a brand new Dodge for the same price as 1-2 year old chevies used. It wouldn't have even been close on the new trucks.
