It will fit fine, but unless you are modding the motor, or putting a pipe and a lot of holes in the air box and need a lot more flow, your stock motor will probably run rich unless you jet it down, but then you won't be much better than stock !! It is a slightly bigger carb,and works well with a modded motor,if that is what you are planning.
