Will 400 Ex a-arms fit on a 300 Ex? What about the suspension and rear swing arm? If it can how much work is it , where can i find used parts for a reasonable price, and if anyone knows does it really help for the investment.

 

The 400ex a arms will bolt right up,you will need 400ex tie rods, 400 ex front shocks and upper mounts or an adapter kit to remount the top of the shocks. the rear end is not compatable, no way to bolt it in,it is too different. parts on ebay are cheap, and you can get new tie rods for 5 bucks from Planet Honda.

 

O.K. But where can i get the upper shock mounts. And where is a place to find a plus 2" swing arm. I really don't want to fab one myself.Thanks

 

Ive got an uppershock mount for sale, its already got fender mounts welded onto it, but it has those stabalizer things that go to the outer sides of the fenders cut off. I'll try and get a pic. on here soon. Whats your e-mail. The fender mount is welded on, but could easily be cut off. And i have 250R shocks (stock) that im needing to get rid off. This shock mount is beefy and in great shape. I can get the instructions for you to.
EDIT: You can also use a swingarm off of a 350X.
