Default Do Wheel Spacers help on Redcal 150 mk II?

Hi guys, I want to know if adding wheel spacers to the front of an RFX-150 mk II will help alleviate the bump steering on dirt and rocky terrain (no sand). I've seen lots of posts on this and they went back and forth due to the sand issue so I want to see if I can get an answer about them for riding on Canadian dirt and rocks (Quebec is where my next vacation will be).

Thanks,
