Cant get the carb out of my TB 250.

Default Cant get the carb out of my TB 250.

i can get everything disconnected to take out except for the plunger, any suggestions on how to get the plunger out?

When you say plunger, are you refering to the choke plunger or the slide?

Default Cant get the carb out of my TB 250.

Now we are on the same page. Have you loosened the brass hex fitting that holds it? Is it loose in the carb but won't lift out? They can become jam in their bore, but you should be able to jiggle it free.

loosen that sucker up and she should come right out.

spray some pb blaster at the top and try going both down and up till it frees up.

k, that worked thx guys, was jammed pretty good, didnt wanna break anything tho
