i was needing a list of things to check/change to keep my atv running smooth and out of the shop...things such as the ones below and when to do the things below:
oil changes
air filter re-oiling(UNI)
front gearcase
rear gearcase
transmission
radiator fluid
hub fluid
spark plug
plug wire
greasing the zerks
and anything else you all do and when the times you do it...thanks ALL-PB500

 

Brake pads especially rears, greasing all the zerks, chain tension if applicable, fill fuel tank fluid.

Go to polaris web site and under buying tools look for brochures,on the lower left you will see down load a manual , click on this then fill in your info. it has all the maintenance info you need.

 

i went there but i can't download on the comp. at work. i was hoping someone on here would tell me there routine maintenance they do to their quads to keep them going. thanks
