Default Phoenix Parts??

I have had it! Been waiting for a $3.99 breather hose for a month....still on back order. How does Polaris exist if there are no parts ready?

Then....$80 for a drivebelt!!! Someone anyone help me out on how it can be that much.......$$$

I think I need a new one, on even small hills the engine is revving but the quad goes nowhere..... but I do not smell rubber and/or feel slipping...she just stops....but on the straight and narrow its perfect.....HELP

Try making a hose for the breather, I know it's an odd size on both ends, back order on that one might take a while.

I would loosen the bolts holding the belt cover on, sounds wet to me.

I took the belt drive cover off and there was not a drop of water, in fact there was a lot of dust and dirt in there. I ended up blowing out all the dust and I gave the belt a coating of belt dressing and it seems to have grip now. The belt showed no signs of wear at all.

I will keep you informed, I have no idea what it could be if this did not fix it, will be riding this w/e

I'm not trying to be Mr.Knowitall, but your really not suposed to use belt dressing on these belts. Not that it will hurt it, but It may make your slipping problem worse in the long run.

Don't say that now!! Its too late. I did a check on what I could, revved the engine and watched as the weights made the belt tighten. I took water a handfull of times months ago and I still feel that this has done something since the belt looked perfect yesterday.

This w/e will be the test...going out on an all day ride so we shall see
