You bleed them the same as any hydro brake.Open the bleed valve, squeeze and hold the brake, tighten the bleed valve and release the brake.Repeat until you get a constant flow of fluid and no air then tighten the bleed valve completely. If u r having problems with the brake it may be do to bad o ring seals between the 2 halves, i had to replace mine right out of the crate.

I do all of my brake bleeding with a mighty vac brake bleeding tool. It sucks the fluid thru the lines from the master cylinder. You connect it to the caliper and keep filling the master cylinder as it empties.

my rear disc brake keeps locking up, i removed the pistons and polished the edges and they seem to seal well and don't get stuck. bled the system through. etc. can't think of anything else. works ok for a while, but it's like the fluid isn't moving back from the caliper... any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

The only thing I can think of would be that the master cylinder isnt releasing pressure when you let off of the brake lever. Im not sure how to test that either.

thanks mywifesquad, seemed that there was dirt fragments in the master cylinder that were letting fluid in but then blocking it from exiting, all fixed now and i upgraded those appalling pads for proper ones. all working...

I just bleed the brake on a 150cc atv yesterday.Bleed the master at the line, cracked the line at the caliper-no air,but still very little brake.Yhen looked at the bleeder-it is at the bottom of the caliper-AIR CAN'T GET OUT AT THE LOWER-IT NEEDS TO BE AT THE TOP-unbolted the caliper, made sure the rotor was between the pads, bleeder at the top and bleed-done
