05 Eton 90 up grades?

Where can I find a aftermarket front bumper for the 90?
Is the skid plate found on the Eton website the only one made for the 90?
Who makes the best nerf bars for the 90?
I'm not really wanting get into engine mods yet, although I do wanna do something with the exhaust soon. If I do upgrade the exhaust what would I have to do to get the full potential of the pipe? Who makes the best pipe?
I've already add aftermarket wheels/tires and 2in. spacer all around and would like to start getting the suspension taken care of before adding more power. If I can get someone to point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

We have an 04. I modded a DG bumper to fit, but you can find some that fit without modding. We don't have a skid but I think Hebco might make some for the Eton. AC for the nerfs, got ours from Hellbound racing. For a pipe and clutch parts you should contact WRH or Hetricks and tell them what your planning on doing and they can help you out. We have Hetrick a-arms and swingarm and would recomend them, WRH can also fix you up with them. Elka shocks or works shocks. We've got parts from many different places and if I was to do it again I think I'd try and use one supplier. Have fun!

For a Skid plate, surf:

Also, you or your local welder guy can make a skid plate for your mini. I got a skid plate made for my son's mini. It's much better steel and cost much less (price + shipping) then a store bought skid plate. For details, surf:

I've been told that if someone installs a performance pipe, they must also upgrade their CVT system. This is different sizes of rollers and main spring. I think the cost is under $40 for the base change. If wodering, the engine and CVT must "rev higher" in order to take full advance of the performance pipe. Since the engine is reving higher, I've read many posts advicing the air filter system must be upgraded as well. For example, dump the air box and install an open air filter syste. Like the unifilter. If you do this, the carb's jets much be upgraded. Especially the Main Jet. If you have a 18mm or larger carb, upgrading the jets is easy. If you have a 16mm carb, upgrading the jets is a hit/miss - depending upon one's weather &/or altitude. For these 16mm folks, its recommended they upgrade to a 20mm carb. Long story short.... Pipe, clutch, air filter (maybe the carb) and maybe the CDI (if always driving Wide Open) should be upgraded at the same time. Thus, getting 100% out of the performance pipe.
Chat will Billy at WRH Racing or Rich. They will "fit you up" for your unique brand of mini, unique riding environment and your desired performance gain needs.
Hope this helps....

Call WRHracing or Hetricks they should be able to help you find what will work.

Thanks for the advice.
I've already added a Power Up Kit B from Hetrick along with extended a-arms, fly handlebars Gibson steering stabalizer, nerf bars and of course wheel and tire upgrades. Future plans include a B-52 cylinder kit, Hetrick anti-vibe steering stem and national clutch mods from Hetrick.
