Just curious, does anyone know, when it says on polaris' web site 6.5% apr and up to 500 dollar rebate and double warranty. can you just pick the 500 dollar rebate and pay full cash(no loan)?? and do you need the polaris star card to get the APR? THanks......

 

i had to finance to get the 500 off and yes the apr is through the polaris star card "i got my card today"

 

Thanks, it was just kind of fuzzy when you read it on the I-net.....How hard is the star card to get?? and is that 6.5%APR for everyone or is that based off credit score...>? thanks/

 

im sure its based on credit score..the star card is just a credit card linked to the atv loan they approved me for way more than i needed so there hopeing i will come back and spend the difference. but im going to pay it off and just cancel that line of credit "they can come back to haunt you"

oh no they will open the card for you on the spot but it takes about a week to get the plastic card..

 

do you get temperary # so u can buy a wheeler w/out the plastic card i wonder?? after you get accepted for it of course..thanks

 

yes you fill out the application and it takes about 10 minutes to get approved or not and if you do you fill out some paperwork and leave with a quad...[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

thanks for the help.....I think i should go with the APR rather than pay it in full,,,,then you get double warrenty and 500 off....thats my idea...ok...

 

The second half of that "double warranty" is apparently the extended warranty w/$50 deductable. Anybody know if you have to purchase (or agree to purchase) the extended warranty and 6 months of it are free, or is it just another automatic 6 months free?
